El Calafate. Patagonia

After spending six amazing days in The North of Argentina, we jumped on a plane to Buenos Aires where we took another one to get to El Calafate town in Patagonia. The views were magnificent all the way down to El Calafate, it looked like uninhabited planet with a weird surface – moon or something of the kind.

After the heat in the North we were greated with cold weather and strong winds in the South, for which we actually were quite prepared, but non of us expected the weather to be so chilly over there.

We arrived quite late to our hostel, just before all the tourism agencies were closed, however we managed to get our tickets for Perito Moreno mini – trekking tour.

We stayed in Bla Hostel, which was a really great choice regarding to the nice staff, wonderful location and lots of interesting people staying there.
